Where can I find out the exact odds on certain slot machines? Such as, the odds of hitting the jackpot?

Those casinos employees are so reluctant to tell what the true odds are. They keep telling me that they can’t reveal that information to me, but I know that information is out there.

I can write down the labeling on the side of the machine and if I give them that identidy of the machine, they should be able to tell me. How do I go about betting this information?

   You are wrong. That information is not available. Certain casino employees can actually change the odds on a particular machine any time they feel like it, so even if you could find out, they could change them 10 minutes later. Certain publications (like Casino Player Magazine) keep track of the overall payout of machines in a particular casino, but they do not keep track of individual machines.
